I’m William A. Frantz, founder of USA Medical Staffing.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked alongside hospitals and healthcare facilities as a photographer, documenting the spaces where care happens every day. During COVID, I witnessed the strain on the system up close: nurses burning out, leaving their jobs, and hospitals struggling to staff critical roles while costs skyrocketed with temporary travel contracts.

I started USA Medical Staffing because I wanted to be part of the solution. This company is my way of helping healthcare organizations rebuild stronger teams and helping qualified professionals find opportunities where they can thrive.

Our mission is two-fold:
